Road Bonds ...
On all new construction, these items are mandatory:
1. Any applicable building permit from the La Porte County Building Commissioner;
2. Approval of any sewage disposal system by the La Porte County Health Department;
3. A $6,000.00 road security bond (amount subject to change by vote of the Board of Directors) is required; and a bond is required for rental rollback
style refuse containers.
